Marrow Endeavors was founded by Steven Arnold, a live event and operations professional with two decades of experience across large-scale events, executive environments, tours, activations, and advisory projects.
From timelines and vendors to budgets and stakes, Steven's work lives in the space between a good plan and a successful outcome.
Over time, the same pattern emerged: events make responsibility visible. Plans become real, small decisions carry big consequences, and unlike most projects, there is rarely a second chance to get the moment right.
Marrow exists for that moment.
