THE APPROACH
The short version.
My background spans 20+ years of large-scale sports and entertainment events, executive environments, tours, private and public activations, logistics operations, and advisory work. I’ve run teams, managed installs and strikes under real deadlines, and been the person on-site keeping the budget and schedule honest when the event demanded something the plan hadn’t accounted for.
That experience is what lets me spot pressure points before they grow, identify what can be simplified, and make the next decision easier to see. Because complicated work rarely fails all at once. It drifts. Communication slips. Priorities blur. Small issues compound. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s giving people the confidence to keep moving when the path gets messy.
Today, that takes three forms: running events on-site when execution has to be right, building the plan before anyone hits the ground, and advising the teams carrying the responsibility themselves. Different rooms, same experience behind it.
